K-6 Spotlight!

Teachers Name: Kelly Farnsworth

Grade/Position: 6th Grade

Years at EDUPRIZE: All 26 years at Eduprize, from portables to all 4 buildings.

Fun Fact: In my 1st year here at Eduprize, and teaching in a portable, my students celebrated my birthday and brought me a cake. As the candles were lit-Inside the portable- the fire alarms went off and the whole school came out onto the field, all because of a cake and candles! I’m still here though! PS-I’ve reached 4,400 books in my classroom library and love encouraging students to read.

Fun Fact: I once entered a hula hoop contest and hula hooped for 3 hours.

Fun Fact: I’m a foodie who enjoys running, reading and spending time with my family and orange tabby cat.

About Me: Hello! I’m Jeanie. I was born and raised in Bozeman Montana approximately 2 hours away from Yellowstone Park. I have been at Eduprize for almost 6 years. I love my job, students, and more than anything my coworkers. Fun facts: I have a penny collection, I’m a comedian, and Eduprize rules! I’m also known as the “Teenager Whisperer”

What they love most about EDUPRIZE: I love the people and the small school setting. The small school setting allows me to get to know students on a personal level. I do not have current picture. I am working on it or steal pic from yearbook
