1. About EDUPRIZE Charter Schools

EDUPRIZE Charter Schools is an Arizona public charter school organization operating campuses in Gilbert and Queen Creek, Arizona, as well as a statewide online K–12 program. EDUPRIZE has served Arizona families since 1995 and is authorized under the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. All K–8 programs are tuition-free and open to Arizona residents regardless of zip code.

EDUPRIZE Charter Schools operates at the following locations:

Gilbert Campus: 580 West Melody Avenue, Gilbert, Arizona 85233
Queen Creek Campus: 4567 West Roberts Road, San Tan Valley, Arizona 85144
Online Program: Administered from the Gilbert campus; available statewide

3. Enrollment and Educational Services

EDUPRIZE Charter Schools provides tuition-free K–8 education at our Gilbert and Queen Creek campuses, affordable Pre-Kindergarten programs, a flexible K–8 FLEX program, and a fully accredited tuition-free K–12 online program. By submitting an enrollment application, you agree to the following:

All information provided during the enrollment process is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Enrollment is subject to availability and compliance with Arizona charter school open enrollment policies.
EDUPRIZE reserves the right to deny or revoke enrollment in accordance with applicable Arizona law, school policy, and the terms of our charter.
Families are responsible for complying with all school policies, codes of conduct, attendance requirements, and academic expectations outlined in the EDUPRIZE Student and Family Handbook.
Submission of an enrollment application does not guarantee placement. An enrollment coordinator will confirm your child's spot once the process is complete.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to EDUPRIZE Charter Schools — whether through a website form, enrollment application, or verbal consent — you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from EDUPRIZE Charter Schools at the phone number provided.

These messages may include but are not limited to:

Enrollment reminders and status updates
Event announcements and school communications
Registration and documentation reminders

Standard SMS Terms:

Consent: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or any purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your enrollment status and interactions with EDUPRIZE Charter Schools.
Message & Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at 480-813-9537 or marketing@eduprize.com.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from EDUPRIZE Charter Schools. You may still receive important communications via email or phone.
Privacy: We do not sell, share, or distribute your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the SMS messaging services necessary to operate our program.

6. Pre-Kindergarten Program Terms

The EDUPRIZE Pre-Kindergarten program is a fee-based early childhood education program offered at the Gilbert and Queen Creek campuses. By enrolling your child in Pre-K, you agree to the following:

Tuition rates are subject to change. Current tuition information is available on our website at www.eduprize.com/pre-kindergarten.
EDUPRIZE's Price-Match Guarantee applies only to comparable, accredited Pre-K programs and is subject to verification at the discretion of EDUPRIZE administration.
Payment schedules, late fees, and withdrawal policies are outlined in the Pre-K enrollment agreement provided at the time of registration.
Queen Creek Campus offers part-day Pre-K sessions only. Full-day Pre-K is available at the Gilbert Campus only.
